Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to make your way to your seats.
Attire
Our wedding ceremony will take place indoors and the reception will be on the rooftop. We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us. Dress attire is formal. We kindly request women to opt for long dresses. For gentlemen, suits are preferred, with the option of omitting jackets after the ceremony. We ask all guests to avoid colors such as white, blues, teals, and pewter.
Parking
On-site parking at our venue is available for a fee of $10; however, free transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue for our hotel guests or anyone who would like to pay to hotel parking fee (more details regarding transportation listed under “How Will We Get There” heading). To access the aquarium parking lot, head north on Channelside Dr., and it will be on the right, identified on Google Maps as the Florida Aquarium parking lot.
For guests requiring additional time or those unable to walk five minutes to the venue, drop-offs can be accommodated at the front door.

The weather in Tampa, Florida during November typically ranges from the mid-70s to a low in the 40s. We’ve included a link to the local weather to assist you in preparing for our special day and ensuring you dress appropriately.

Where to Stay
Numerous hotels are available in the vicinity of the venue. Nevertheless, we extend a warm invitation to reserve accommodations through our designated block under the name “Bousquet Guerrieri wedding” at the Westin, conveniently located at 725 S Harbour Island Blvd. Given the limited availability of the block, we encourage you to secure your booking promptly. Our hotel block closes October 10th.

The Westin is a 4 minute drive and a 20 minute walk to our venue; however, tranportation will be provided.
Additionally, other recommendations include:

How Will We Get There?
Feel free to drive yourself (DD permitting) with parking available at the venue for $10. If opting to drive please keep in mind there will be a Tampa Bay Lightning game so traffic will be heavier than normal.
If staying at The Westin, we will be providing transportation for guests at 4:55 PM and 5:15 PM. Due to there being a lightning game, transportation is set accordingly. Pickup from the venue will begin at 10:30 PM.
Opt for Uber if you’re staying nearby or farther away and wish to indulge in our open bar. Plus, Uber is integrated with some of the scooters downtown for added fun and convenience.
Consider the Tampa Street Car, which is free and a convenient option depending on the hotel you reserve. The street car drops off directly in front of venue’s parking lot, just a brief 5 minute walk away.

Arrival
As our ceremony commences promptly at 6:00 PM, we kindly request all guests to arrive no later than 5:45 PM to allow ample time for seating and preparations.
Week of Events & RSVP
Friday November 29th
Bri and Josh will be attending their rehearsal lunch and rehearsal. Afterwards, we welcome our guests to stop and visit the couple at Sparkman Wharf, located at 615 Channelside Dr. Come relax by the river, say hello, and share a cocktail with the future couple! We anticipate arriving around 6:30 PM.
Sunday December 1st
Sunday December 1st, the NewlyWeds will be leaving for their honeymoon out of Tampa in the morning/early afternoon. Before they embark on this exciting new chapter, we invite you to swing by and wish Bri and Josh farewell at Jackson’s Bistro at 10:00 AM. Your presence and well wishes will be greatly appreciated as they begin their journey together.
RSVP
We politely ask ALL guests to RSVP no later than October 10th. If we do not have an RSVP by the select date unfortunately we will not be able to add an additional seat for you to celebrate with us. We hope everyone understands.

Can I Bring a Guest or Children?

We are overjoyed to celebrate this momentous occasion with our closest family and friends. In order to create an intimate and memorable atmosphere while respecting the venue’s capacity, we kindly request that only guests whose names are included on the invitation and RSVP attend the wedding. Your understanding and cooperation in honoring our heartfelt wishes are sincerely appreciated.
Little Ones / Children
We absolutely adore your precious kiddos, but due to the limited space at our venue, we kindly request that only children mentioned on your invitation join us for this extraordinary event. If your little ones have received an invitation, we will address your invitation to the “Last Name” Family. We sincerely hope that our beloved guests will cherish this evening as a memorable date night. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Photos, Bar, & Gifts
Photos / Videos
We love that everyone wants to capture our special day, however, we have hired professionals to capture all of these moments. We will be having an “unplugged ceremony”. Phones and cameras can interfere with our professional photographer and may cause unnecessary interruptions. Guests will be granted by the officiant, an opportunity during the ceremony to take photos of the bride and groom and then will be asked to turn off their phones or place them on airplane mode.
Will there be an Open Bar?
Looking to have a blast on our big day? You’re in luck! We’re excited to offer an open bar for all our guests to enjoy. So drink up, dance the night away, and let loose without any worries. Just be sure to plan your transportation accordingly. We can’t wait to celebrate and party with each and every one of you!
Gifts
We extend our sincere gratitude for your presence on our special day. We want you to know that your attendance is the most cherished gift we could receive. However, if you feel inclined to leave a gift or wedding card, please feel free to place it in the designated card box located at the wedding venue or opt to send it digitally through our attached “Honeymoon Gift” page.
